That’s what we’ll do for you. Even if you’re just down to street from us and you can’t or don’t want to come back in to pick up your brand new eyewear, we’ll get it to you.

Here’s how we get your designer eyewear to you:
Traditional – Two Trips
Most of our clients live somewhere in or around the DFW area and simply come in both to get fitted and then later to pick up their new eyewear, all “in person”. It works like this:
- Fit & Purchase – You come in, we help you find what you want, you purchase it at that time, and we get to work on your eyewear.
- Delivery – You come back at your convenience after we’ve notified you your new eyeglasses are ready. Just like you’ve always done, right?

Fit & Ship – One Trip
Some clients come from North Dallas, Plano, McKinney, West Texas, and other areas that are more than a short drive from our shop. While some enjoy coming back in when their new eyewear is ready, some prefer to have us ship it to them. It works like this:
- Fit & Purchase – You come in, we help you find what you want, you purchase it at that time, and we get to work on your eyewear.
- Delivery – We ship it to you, wherever you are. Another state or just across town, no problem…we’ll get it to you.
I live in Plano TX and could drive back to pick up my glasses. Robert saved me the trip by sending them by UPS. I get other things delivered all the time, so this was no different. But it saved me lots of time and I love my new Cartier glasses!

Remote Fit & Ship – No Trip
These days doing business remotely is very common. With a phone call or two, some emails and patience on both ends, we are able to create a warm personal experience while fitting our client with the best in designer eyewear. It usually works this way:
- Fit & Purchase – You call us. We talk about what you have in mind. Then you email pictures and your eyeglass prescription. In other words, we work together to choose the perfect frame, the best lens options and complete the purchase.
- Delivery – We ship it to you, across the street or across the country or somewhere in between.
I live in Georgia and Alyce fitted me from a picture I sent her. It was so easy and the eyeglasses are beautiful and perfect!
